Can't generate a website backup

If you are unable to generate a website backup or do not see the option to generate a website backup, please check:

1. You have a 'Backup role' installed on your Enhance cluster
2. The package the website on allows 'Manual backups'
3. Ensure a backup role is assigned to the website. If you installed the backup role fter ther website was created, you will need to manually assign the backup role to the website. All new website will automatically be assigned to the Backup role.

To check check if a Backup role is assigned to a website;

1. Visit Websites and locate the website
2. Select the kebab menu and select Move server
3. Once the Move server page loads, check the backup role column to see if a Backup role is assigned. If a backup roles is not assigned, you can use this tool to assign a role.
