The Enhance control panel supports tiered reselling and includes a powerful suite of reseller tools.

Reseller privileges allow an organization to divide its overall hosting package resources into custom hosting packages, which can then be resold to end customers.

TIP

Resellers do not have access to any underlying servers within an Enhance cluster.

System Resouces

System resource limits (RAM, Swap, CPU, IOPS, IO Bandwidth, Nproc, and Disk Space) are applied per website and inherited directly from the master organisation. A Reseller cannot configure custom system resource limits for their customers.

Resource Usage

Website-level resources (such as website limits, databases, and email accounts) are immediately consumed and deducted from the reseller's balance as soon as a customer is subscribed to a package, regardless of actual usage.

Control Panel Access

Reseller Access: Resellers manage their accounts by logging in through the master organisation's URL.

Reseller's Customer Access: End customers access their control panel using the reseller's custom domain, which can be configured under Platform > Platform domains > Control Panel domain.

Limitations

Single Subscription: A customer can only be subscribed to one reseller package at a time.

No Overselling: Overselling resources on a reseller package is not supported.

Package Creation: When a reseller creates or edits a package, the maximum value they can set for any given resource is that of their own subscription.  Features which are not enabled on the reseller's subscription cannot be enabled by the reseller when creating or editing a package
