"An error occurred while requesting a password reset link" error

If you receive the following error while attempting an account password reset, please:

1. Check the system generated email config under Settings > Platform is valid.
2. If you are using a 3rd party SMTP provider, check the from address under Settings > Branding is allowed.

If you are still unable to reset your account password, please run the command below and send the output to support
