If you have previously enabled the Ioncube loader manually on a website, we recommend removing the php.ini directive prior to enabling the Ioncube loader in the Enhance UI.

To enable the Ioncube loader on a website:

  1. On the website dashboard select Advanced then Developer tools This is the alt tag?

# Updating IonCube

Enhance doesn't update IonCube automatically. You will only need to update ioncube if you're trying to run a script which was encoded using the latest version

To update Ioncube loaders

Get the loaders from here (opens new window) and unpack them into /usr/local/ioncube then restart the PHP containers on the websites you want to use them. (opens new window)
