# Configuring a Reseller's account

Please encourage your customer to follow these steps to complete their Reseller account setup. Failure to do so may result in unusual behaviour and limited access to functionality.

# Set a Control Panel domain (ESSENTIAL)

To set a control panel domain, impersonating the customer:

  1. Open Settings in the left side bar
  2. Select Platform in the menu
  3. Navigate to the Platform domains section then enter desired Control panel domain
  4. Click Save to finish

TIP

This can be a subdomain of any domain they have pointed to your nameservers. If the domain has DNS handled outside of your Enhance cluster an A record pointing to the control panel IP needs to be set.

WARNING

If a control panel domain is not set:

  • Customer's of the Reseller will not be able to access their accounts.

  • Resellers will be unable to send user invitations to their organisation.

# Set PHPMyAdmin domain (ESSENTIAL)

WARNING

If a PhpMyAdmin domain is not set:

  • Customer's of the Reseller will not be able to access PhpMyAdmin.

To set a PHPMyAdmin domain, impersonating the customer:

  1. Open Settings in the left side bar
  2. Select Platform in the menu
  3. Navigate to the Platform domains section then enter desired PHPMyAdmin domain
  4. Click Save to finish

# Nameservers

TIP

Your resellers can still use your nameserver hostnames.

To set custom Nameservers, impersonating the customer:

  1. Open Settings in the left side bar
  2. Select Platform in the menu
  3. Navigate to the Nameservers section
  4. Enter Nameservers
  5. Click Add to save
