"Create migration: unable to analyse backup" Error

If you receive this error during a website migration, please check:

1. That your Control Panel sever has enough free disk space. The Control Panel server needs enough space to store the tar and to unpack the tar.
2. The file is readable by the 'orchd' user or have 644 permissions. To check if the file is readable chown the file to the orchd user.
