How to remove a dedicated server role

In order to downgrade a single role from dedicated to shared, you will need to downgrade the customer's package to a shared account then upgrade them back to the dedicated package without selecting the role to be dedicated.

To downgrade a single role on a dedicated package to a shared service:

1. Open Customers in the left side bar
2. Click on the customer you would like to downgrade
3. Visit the Packages tab
4. Select the drop down menu on the dedicated package you would like to edit and click Upgrade/downgrade
5. When the modal loads, select a package which is shared and click Subscribe. This will downgrade the dedicated packages to shared.
6. On the same package select the drop down menu and click Upgrade/downgrade, this time when the modal loads select the original dedicated package.
7. Select Next
8. On step 2 select which roles you would like to be dedicated and select Subscribe to finish.
