# Reset a Customer's Password

To reset a customer's password on their behalf:

  1. Open Customers in the left side bar
  2. Locate the customer and select Manage customer
  3. Select the Users tab
  4. Locate the user, click the ... menu and click Reset password

WARNING

Make note of the new passwrod. You will need to communicate the new password to the user.
